At Veloria Bridal, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you have any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist you.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • Undamaged
  • Free of makeup, stains, lint, or hair
  • With original tags attached

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Dresses made with personalized measurements
  • Dresses with customer-requested alterations or personalized customization

Please note that dresses made with personalized measurements or specific customization requests cannot be returned, as they are specially produced according to customer requirements.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns caused by personal reasons, including incorrect size selection or change of mind.

If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our mistake, Veloria Bridal will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees and rush order fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at customer@veloriabridal.com with your order number and return reason.
  2. Wait for return approval and return instructions.
  3. Send the item back using the provided return address.
  4. Once received and approved, your refund will be processed.

Please do not send returns to the original shipping address. A return address will be provided after your return request is approved.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after payment. After production or processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.
