Production & Shipping Time

Once your order is placed, it will be carefully reviewed by our inventory and quality control team. If all details are confirmed (such as measurements and shipping address), your order will be approved and sent to our tailors for production. This process typically takes 1–2 business days.

All dresses, including standard and custom sizes, are made to order. Your total delivery time includes both production time and shipping time.

  • Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time.
  • Made to order: Please allow 1-2 weeks for production.
  • Delivery: Approx. 6–10 business days after shipment.

Please note: All custom-size orders are final and cannot be canceled or returned.

In the event of any significant shipping delays, we will notify you promptly via email.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will become active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your order every step of the way.
