Why are your dresses made-to-order?
Every Veloria dress is created just for you after your order is placed. This allows us to focus on quality, offer more size options, and reduce unnecessary waste.

How long does production take?
Most dresses are completed within 7–12 business days before shipping.

Can I make changes to my order?
Yes — changes or cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production may already be in progress.

When will I receive my order?
Estimated delivery time:

• Processing: 7–12 business days
• Shipping: 5–10 business days
